• Entries must be copies of the original (with the exception of Internet and other electronic media which must include an Internet address and date of posting or copyright date)
• Writers' names, as well as any reference to the name of the publication (including logos), must be blacked out or deleted on all copies (with the exception of books).
• Two copies off each entry must be submitted (except books, which require only one copy).
